Why pay for something you can read for free
You are not paying for the numbers. You are paying for the fact that they are right,
and that you can prove it to someone else.
Every figure is source-linked and dated. When a lender, partner or investment
committee asks where a number came from, the answer is in the document.
Gaps are marked as gaps. Nothing is estimated to make a total look complete.
Where a fee exists but is not published, the report says so and names who to call.
The traps are documented. One county in this set still hosts a pre-adoption draft
schedule that overstates by $2,085. Another struck out its adopted phase-in in a way that is invisible
to text extraction. A third has no county utility at all. Each of those produces a confidently wrong
number, and each is called out.
